Lies lies lies do not use
What a shower of s**t sorry your not in between 6 and 9 pm every night for two months we will try again tomorrow after two months we have delivered you parcel in safe place at 8.30pm. No you did not I've got CCTV around my house and ring door bell no one has been near my house you lying sack of s**ts oh and your delivery picture is just a black square. And by the way the order was cancelled two weeks ago.

Terrible service
I bought a pair of shorts from eBay and all I got was parcels delayed due to major event the shorts didn't come for 13 days late terrible service 10000 bad reviews I don't understand why people use them

Very efficent and handed over parcel
Had a parcel delivery didn't hear first but nice delivery man nocked really hard unlike some others who just leave very efficient as good as amazon who leave parcel at all cost

ONLY MY DELIVERY DRIVER
My Hermes delivery driver is amazing! So polite and professional. Since he has been delivering my parcels I receive them in time and in damaged! Basingstoke area. Well done Gorav.

Absolutely Rubish
I made a order with Amazon, the company uses Hermes for delivery, 1st of June I received message from amazon that I missed the delivery, it showed my driveway wasn't accessible while I don't have driveway, while I was reading this message I received another message saying I missed the delivery again, I was standing by my window while I received the message but didn't see anyone at my door. I called Amazon and explained to them, Amazon rearranged my delivery. A while ago i heard the door bell, it was my neighbour handing me my parcel, the ediot I was watching him getting in his van, didn't bother ringing my door bell. The company should go, they are useless. I don't know how many are missing there parcel, luckily I had good neighbour. The company is terrible and useless. Please avoid.
I have to select a star, this rubish company don't deserve any.

HERMES terrible company they accept payment…

EVERYONE BE AWARE OF HERMES
THIS IS A terrible company they accept payment for your delivery yet your delivery never reaches its destination and if you try to contact them its an automated system or £6.00 per min for a phone call.
DISGUSTING COMPANY EVERYONE SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF THEM

Different name but same useless service
Reasons NOT to use Hermes/evri.
If you want your delivery lost, not delivered, sent back or not even attempted then use this so called courier.
If you want to talk to or complain this is a waste of time as it nearly impossible, the only way I found to talk to someone was to say I wanted to use them for a delivery and I managed to talk to a human but when I said I wanted to complain I was cut off.
USE a different courier, you get what you pay for.

Awful company who should not be trading
I have now had EIGHT items that have been destroyed or lost, some have been over £100.00 and I have not got one Penny in compensation, there is no Customer care and no way of getting your money back through a compensation, spent hours waiting in a phone line but never got to speak to a person, I am not the only one who has suffered, I beg you PLEASE do not use this unless company I will never use again. Awful experience

Total rubbish and most unhelpful company - NO human to speak to or Email to write to
I lost my £550 worth of Gift Voucher send to my Team as a reward on 14 Feb. Hermes till not getting back to to. I have spoken to lost of people but not able to reach customer service as no contact details on the web or Search engine.

I will not use this utter rubbish company nor recommend anyone

Lost a parcel even though they said it was tracked!

Going to cost me £2,000 to replace the item now.

Utter rubbish
Delayed delivery that had a deadline. Arrived and deadline missed. Site said accident caused delay. No way to contact Hermes with any urgency. Utter rubbish courier

Lied to! Told delivery attempt was made, yet I was at the address at the supposed delivery time.
You might be better off with a company that does not lie about delivery. I waited in at the delivery address for hours only to be told that I was not available, "not in" at the delivery address! This was a blatant lie.

I'd give zero stars if I could
Hermes is by far the worst delivery company ever expected a parcel yesterday and the courier doesn't understand how an intercom system works seemingly he tried to deliver the parcel 3x yesterday but not once did he use the intercom to buzz my apartment I have been in all day I'm expecting another package on Friday with your stupid company nobody can get hold of anyone on the phone because your company is crap if I had known the companies I bought items from used hermes I would of never purchased the items in the first place hermes needs to be shut down and fined by the courts avoid hermes everyone make them go bust

Lost parcel, rude belching customer services
Hermes lost my parcel, refunded less than half the value after 2 months of phone calls, customer services rude, girl actually belched, laughed, hung up. Absolutely dreadful.
